Mike Schladt is a seasoned Cybersecurity and AI / ML leader with expertise in security operations, DFIR, threat intelligence, adversary emulation, and agile software development. Mike is driven by a passion to innovate solutions for today's most challenging problems.

With a background as a Cyber Operations officer in the United States Air Force, Director of Incident Response for GE Power, and experience as a product owner for endpoint security monitoring solutions at a cybersecurity start-up, Mike has demonstrated leadership and versatility in multiple industry verticals.

In addition to being a a full-time PhD student specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Mike founded Ops Arcana LLC as a boutique consulting firm helping clients maximize investments and protect critical assets.
